How will you Ship my Order?

Classic Saxophone Online utilizes several methods of shipping.  We use the reliable U.S. Postal Service for ground and international air shipments.  We use UPS for ground and expedited shipping to the USA.  You can select your prefered method of shipping at checkout.


Free Shipping Offer for orders over $100.00

USA Orders
Classic Saxophone Online will pay for ground shipping to the lower 48 contiguous United States for orders over $100.00! For orders outside of the lower 48 states, we will credit you the ground shipping amount based upon the weight of your order.  You will be charged for the difference between the actual shipping cost and the credited amount.

International Orders
All of our international orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Air Mail.  For orders over $100.00, Classic Saxophone Online will give you a credit for the cost of ground shipping within the continental USA.  We will charge you the difference between the actual air mail shipping cost and the credited amount.


What is your Mouthpiece Trial Policy?

  • Order and pay for the mouthpieces you want to try.
  • You will have 3 days to test the mouthpieces using the enclosed mouthpiece patch and a soft, non-marring ligature (example, a Rovner ligature).
  • Keep the mouthpieces you want and return the mouthpieces that you do not want.
  • Contact Classic Saxophone Online via e-mail or telephone before returning any mouthpiece.
  • We will refund to you the purchase price of the mouthpiece, less shipping charges.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Returned mouthpieces must be in perfect condition, free from any ligature or teeth marks.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be charged for damaged mouthpieces.

 

How do you handle Returns and Refunds?

Here at Classic Saxophone Online we really try to get your order correct the first time! However, we do occassionally make an error. If you do receive an incorrect shipment, send an email to customerservice@classicsax.com before making any returns. We will assign you an RMA (return authorization) and tell you what to do next.
  • Mouthpieces carry a three-day trial period. Please see our Mouthpiece Trial Policy above.
  • Opened Boxes of Reeds are not returnable.
  • Sheet music can be returned if there are printing problems or missing parts.
  • We will issue refunds back to the credit card that was used for the purchase.

Why is the price for an item on my invoice different than the price on the website?

Publishers and manufacturers change prices annually and, somtimes, throughout the year. We may not be aware of the price changes until we receive a new shipment of a product. Therefore, we have to pass our higher costs to the consumer. We attempt to keep the website updated with the most current pricing but we have to adhere to the policy that "prices are subject to change without notice" since that's how we are treated by suppliers.
